The Client Online facility will allow you to up load your invoices automatically via a CSV template from your accounting software.
Funds will be made available to you based on the same approval process that you currently have with us. We will continue to verify invoices and follow the standard terms of the agreement we have with you.
There will be a period overnight where the system is unavailable due to essential backups being run. This is usually between the hours of 10pm and 1am.
Client Online provides added functionality that enables you to request payments of available funds via the system. However if you prefer you can continue to call your local Bibby Financial Services contact to request payment of funds.
In addition to your local day to day contacts the Client Online Service Desk is available to provide any technical support you may require. They can be contacted on 0800 818368 from ROI or 0800 7830314 from the UK or Northern Ireland or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
