Corporate Finance and Funding

Flexible funding to power business growth

How Can Corporate Finance Support Ambitions of SMEs

Corporate finance supports  how businesses plan and structure the right funding mix to execute strategic growth initiatives. For SMEs, this means having access to finance to deliver on their ambitions that support mergers, capex investments or balance sheet restructuring.

At BFS, we specialise in invoice finance, a revolving facility of up to €15m that unlocks working capital tied up in your business’ sales ledger. Used on its own or combined with term debt products, to provide responsive, flexible and scalable financing to support growth transactions like M&A, succession planning or debt refinancing.

By aligning funding with your working capital cycles, you get the flexibility to put plans into action, without adding unnecessary long-term debt or compromising day-to-day operations.

Our typical criteria for corporate finance funding:

  • 750K+ annual turnover
  • Established trading history
  • A clear commercial strategy for growth

We get funding offers to SMEs faster than the traditional providers, with transparent pricing and a funding mix to strengthen your balance sheet and accelerate next stage growth.
