Bibby Financial Services appoints Diarmuid Lynch as Client Relationship Manager for Munster region

Bibby Financial Services, Ireland’s leading independent provider of financial funding solutions to Irish SMEs, has appointed Diarmuid Lynch as Client Relationship Manager in the Munster region.

Bibby Financial Services has been operating in Ireland for 18+ years, offering tailored and accessible funding options for a range of scenarios including cashflow funding, growth and expansion, management buy-ins and buy-outs, refinancing, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.

The Relationship Manager team at Bibby Financial Services consists of seasoned financial services professionals who work extremely closely with business owners and their trusted advisors to provide tailored financial solutions to help them thrive and grow. With clients in every county, this latest appointment means the Relationship Manager team will have an even stronger geographical reach nationwide, offering clients the opportunity to benefit from a personalised, face to face service no matter where they are located.

Driven by strong client communication, close customer contact and in-depth market knowledge, Diarmuid will work with his fellow colleagues on the Relationship Manager team to offer expert support to local business owners in the Munster region who have a turnover of €500k+ in sectors such as Manufacturing, Wholesale, Transport, Construction, Recruitment and a variety of business services.

Based in Cork, Diarmuid Lynch has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector and previously worked with Bank of Ireland as Area Manager in Cork. During his time at Bank of Ireland, Diarmuid was promoted to Flagship Manager and was responsible for initiating changes to improve customer outcomes and ensuring customer service exceeded expectations.

A qualified Financial Adviser from the Institute of Banking in Ireland, he also worked as a Business Consultant at KPMG. In this role, he worked collaboratively to develop solutions for clients’ most complex issues to maximise their outcomes. He gained experience developing business plans, advising on financial matters and identifying areas for growth.
